Multi-plex Label Based Proteomics Workshop
- CPOS is organizing yet another Proteomics Workshop focused on multi-plex label-based proteomics.
- Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and valuable knowledge in sample preparation using Tandem Mass Tags (TMT) for unbiased protein quantification.
- The workshop will cover sample preparation techniques for diverse sample types, such as cell lysates, organoids, biological fluids, and FFPE tissues.
- The emphasis will be on untargeted protein profiling, offering a deeper proteome analysis compared to LFQ workflows.

脂質組學 是代謝組學的一個分支，主要研究脂質豐度和/或不飽和度的差異。. 脂質 引起了廣泛關注 潛在的 生物標誌物 許多候選人 疾病 以及各種類型的 癌症.
我們很高興推出 新的 代謝組學服務 在 非標靶脂質組學分析 使用 Vanquish UHPLC 系統（液相層析）與高解析度精確質譜儀聯用（赫拉姆) Orbitrap Exploris 120 MS.

主要特點：
- Sample type and requirements: Cell lysate (≥6M cells), plasma/serum (≥100ul) & tissues (≥50mg)
- 正負離子掃描的質譜運作如下： 可用的
- 已鑑定脂質的相對定量是 可能的
- 可根據客戶需求提供客製化脂質組學標靶分析。 要求
- Data analysis: LipidSearch, commercial database software allows library searches with >1.5 million lipid ions (8 categories of lipids, 300 lipid subclasses)
