Partek Genomics Suite (PGS) will be upgraded from version 6.6 to 7 on 3-Nov-2021. Hence the PGS service will be unavailable during 1-Nov-2021 to 2-Nov-2021 for preparation of the software upgrade.

Since Gene Ontology and KEGG database will be updated accordingly, the results of “Gene Set Analysis” and “Pathway Analysis” in PGS V7 may have possible differences from the current version.
